Saturday 8 November in Derbyshire felt alive again as Valley One returned to Shirland Miners Welfare for a free gig…
By K Futur LOCALThis Halloween, TREИDNG unveils The Gallery of Pain and Blood – a savage, blood-drenched exhibition from the master of wrestling mayhem himself, Stuart Weight, better known as Rumble Snaps.
Through his lens, Rumble Snaps captures the essence of Kumite Combat Wrestling, the East Midlands’ notorious underground arena where chaos reigns supreme and every bruise tells a story. His latest series turns the violence, anguish and sheer endurance of deathmatch wrestling into hauntingly beautiful art – frames soaked in atmosphere, pain and pride.

Each image is a frozen heartbeat from the pit – shards of glass suspended mid-flight, scarred faces illuminated by red light, and the pure defiance of those who step between the ropes. Among them are Kumite icons and fearless brawlers: Antonio Gonzalez, Tombie, Jack Bennett, Tim Strange, Mickie Knuckles, Blueshe, Luke Douglas, Jason Joshua, Franco Fate, Big Fn Joe, Clint Margera, BA Rose, Alton Thorne and Danny Darko. And standing tall among the carnage, the ever-commanding Malachi, a figure TREИDNG readers will already know well.
Every photo hits like a chair shot – raw, unfiltered and unforgettable. This isn’t sport for the masses; it’s underground theatre stitched together with blood and broken glass. And no one captures that brutal beauty quite like Rumble Snaps.

So this Halloween, step into The Gallery of Pain and Blood: Presented by Rumble Snaps. Just don’t expect to leave with your stomach intact.
