Derby’s legendary live music venue, The Victoria Inn, is set to erupt on Friday 26th September 2025 with a stacked night of local rock talent, headlined by the debut live performance of Porcelain Girl. Presented by Third Eye Events, this is not one to miss – a true showcase of the city’s diverse and vibrant underground music scene, right opposite Derby’s railway station.

Tickets are just £6 if purchased before 15th August, £8 before 8th September, and £10 on the door – so get in early to secure your place at what promises to be an unforgettable night of noise, energy and raw musical power.

Kicking off the evening are Skattabox, a groove punk six-piece born out of Derby University. Merging gritty distortion with irresistible funk-laced rhythms, they bring an infectious mix of moshing and dancing that’s impossible to ignore. Expect chaos and charisma in equal measure.

Next up is Ada Blue, a gifted singer-songwriter with a flair for heartfelt pop ballads layered with subtle hints of folk and indie charm. Her stripped-back, emotional style offers a beautiful contrast to the heavier acts on the bill – a moment to breathe before the next sonic storm.

Valley One follow, blending the anthemic spirit of early 2000s indie rock with the contemporary grit of bands like The Ks and Wunderhorse. With jangly riffs and singalong choruses, they’re guaranteed to get the crowd moving.

Then it’s time for Porcelain Girl, taking the stage for their highly anticipated live debut. The Derby-based emo outfit draw on the intensity of post-hardcore, the urgency of pop-punk, and the emotion of Midwest emo to craft a sound that’s both nostalgic and fresh. Expect explosive performances of fan favourites like “75 Chevy Camaro x28” and “Polish Marlboro Golds” as they tear the roof off the Vic.

With tickets already shifting fast, this is a night for fans of rock, emo, indie and everything in between. Whether you’re into heartfelt ballads, dancefloor punk, or mosh pit anthems – this is Derby’s night to remember.

Be there. Be loud. Be at the front. Let’s make it utter chaos.
